Please note that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
We offer Premium Tracked Shipping with an estimated transit time of 4-5 business days after dispatch. Please note that it may take up to 2-3 business days to fulfill your order before it is dispatched. Occasionally, items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered, and we will communicate any shipping delays to you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@voohekin.com. We will do our best to update the address for you, but please note that we may not be able to make changes after the order has been dispatched.
